After its original debut in 2010, the Vans Duct Tape Invitational returned to New York in 2019, to celebrate the Big Apple’s surfing community at Rockaway Beach. Hosting undoubtably the world’s loosest lineup of logging stars with an original format and laidback style, Joel Tudor’s Duct Tape aims to celebrate the originality of surf culture by connecting global surf communities through world class logging, shaping, music, art, film, parties and everything in between.
From sucking beers, singing, carousing, rough housing and comparing perspectives on the surfing experience it all comes together at the Vans Duct Tape invitational.
