A memorial service for late North Beach carguard Neville Allorta took place this morning under his favourite tree. Attended by a large group of Durban Beachfront regulars, a plaque in memory of Neville (organised by Lee Van Vuuren of Rip Curl) was nailed to the tree for posterity.
