Jordy Smith’s ‘Bunny Chow’ Gets Shred Show Breakdown

If you’re like Zag Spy, board design is a subject that occupies the mind a fair deal. After all, it’s never the rider that is at fault, it’s the board. So to ensure there are no excuses, Zag Spy likes to be certain that his equipment is dialled-in.

Shred Show is one of the internet’s most informative board design portals. The host, Chris Grow, is as amped on surfboard design as anyone you’re likely to meet, and his videos breakdown the features of different shapes in a way everyone can understand.

This week he discussed the ‘Bunny Chow’ – Jordy Smith’s signature model from Channel Islands – and explains why it works so well for the Saffa surfing phenom. Now, if only we were built like Jordy Smith, then we’d know exactly what kind of board to get.
