Rip Curl are throwing a fundraiser to get their super grom, Koby Oberholzer, to the ISA World Juniors in the Azores next month. Watch this space for a slew of fundraisers as the team (and their brands) lump together to get their riders over the seas to fly the flag for SA in the Azores!
Koby’s fundraiser promises one helluva spread of prizes. On auction will be a Jordy Smith Channel Islands surfboard, a board shaped by Koby’s pop Frankie O, two signed Kelly Slater images, a CatchSurf Beater soft board and other collectables from the Bells Beach Pro 50th Anniversary.
Entrance costs you R50 bucks and automatically puts you into a raffle where you could win some insane prizes: Rip Curl, Oakley, Island Style and Reef hampers, free accommodation at African Perfection, Wild Coast Sun and Ubizane Safari Lodge amongst other prizes. That’s a lot of potential swag for the R50 buck ticket.
