A major upgrade has apparently been approved for the Bluff beachfront area, from Ansteys past Cave Rock through to Brighton. Residents have been lobbying the City for four years, on the back of concerns about security and the general state of the area which they reckon has been sliding. If the Durban beachfront is anything to go by, the Bluff is in for a positive shake-up.
