Rest in Peace, Craig Smit – Memorial Paddle Out This Saturday

On Saturday, 15 March, Bluff charger, Craig Smit, lost his life in a tragic plane crash at Cato Ridge.

“For Craig the wave just couldn’t get big enough – it’s how he lived his life. We could all take home a lesson in ‘having balls’ from him in everything we do” – noted his Bluff brothers in a tribute.

There will be a memorial paddle out for Craig this Saturday, 29 March at 08h00 at Cave Rock for all the Bluff locals and friends.

On Saturday afternoon at 16h00 there will be another paddle out at Durban Underwater Club for everyone else that knew Craig and would like to attend.

Rest in Peace, Craig.
