Cleaning Up Indo

Indonesia’s a surf paradise with a delicate eco system, which is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain given that the number of visitors are on the steady rise.  Thankfully, people like Robyn Van der Westhuizen are conscience enough to do a little cleaning up whilst enjoying the tropical reefs. For documenting her efforts, Robyn gains entry into our Tuffy Beach Clean-Up competition, which puts her in the running to win a brand new shred stick compliments of Firewire and Share The Stoke Foundation.

I think this is a great idea! Hopefully everyone will jump on board to make our beaches cleaner not only for us but also the sea life affected by the pollution. The footage is of me at Nusa Penida in Indonesia, collecting plastic packets and rubbish that had been polluting the beautiful snorkelling spots. – Robyn Van der Westhuizen
