The J-Bay Open is alive and kicking and will be in town for the next 11 days. With the world’s best assembled there is going to be plenty of opportunity for the local crowd to rub shoulders with the pros.

RIP CURL SIGNING:
Venue: Rip Curl (Malhoek Centre, 31 Da Gama Road)
Time: 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Surfers: Gabriel Medina, Mick Fanning, Owen Wright and Matt Wilkinson
Including: Free posters and spot prizes from Oakley, Skullcandy and Rip Curl.
BILLABONG SIGNING:
Venue: Billabong Magnas Store (122 Da Gama Road)
Time: 6:00pm
Surfers: Taj Burrow and Joel Parkinson
Including: Live music, giveaways and an exciting raffle (prize worth R10k). Also, Taj’s shaper, Matt Biolis from …Lost, will be there to talk about Taj’s signature model surfboard – the Whiplash.
