“The Eastern Cape got rattled by massive winds that were hitting 100km/h speeds on Saturday,” said photographer Bruce Viaene when he e-mailed through this shot. “The wind turbines scattered across the Jeffreys Bay landscape were shut down because of this. However, the wind died down overnight and we awoke to some pretty sweet sets. Anyway, I’ve got to go, 20 guys have paddled out since I started typing this email.”
