I should surf in the J-Bay Supertrail because I have had a lot of experience surfing in J-Bay. Plus I have a similar wave here, Nahoon Reef, which has long walls to do power carves, get barrelled and do some airs. I am the current SA Under 17 Champion – I won SA Champs last year in J-Bay.

This opportunity can help me with my future and for my preparation for the ISA World Junior Games later this year, as I have made the SA team.
