Late Afternoon – Outer Kom

When it’s cooking Outer Kom is one of the jewels of Kommetjie’s surf scene, offering powerful walls and long rides.

The problem, however, is that it doesn’t get perfect often enough, and locals like Matt Bromley have to make the most of those sessions when the elements align. Like they did this golden afternoon filmed by David van Rensberg, who was hanging with his kids on the boardwalk taking in the scene.
