With the third leg of the 2013 Billabong Junior Series set for Kommetjie this weekend, Long Beach is expecting an aerial assault from the country’s best groms – who were seen warming up on Friday ahead of their Saturday match-ups.
The finals on Sunday promise to be particularly fiercely fought, so spectators might want to cover their eyes if they’re at all sensitive to watching waves getting destroyed.
