It’s a tradition. For each new issue of Zag for the past few years, we’ve been presenting the surfer featured on the cover a printed canvas version of the coveted Page 1. The latest issue featured Durban’s David Van Zyl, a long way from home and inside a downright sick Hawaiian tube – photographed by Iain Campbell. It’s supposed to be a surprise, but Davey was away when the mag hit the shelves and social media warned him. PrintBrush did another great job with the canvases.
