There’s nothing quite as frustrating as arriving to a cooking lineup just as the wind switches. But luckily for East London photographer Bruce Viaene, he still managed to snap this beautiful image of Gavin Greenberg slotting in to one more perfect barrel before the lineup was torn to tatters.
