Guiding a rhino chaser through a solid Dungeons barrel takes some serious bravado and skill. James Lowe showed plenty of both during this crazy ride, which has been entered into this month’s leg of the Monster Energy Pitstop powered by Zigzag in association with O’Neill and iON Action Cameras.
James’ big barrel was filmed by Mike Catalano, who would score himself an iON Air Pro Lite WiFi worth R2 500 if it were to win the second leg. James meanwhile, would claim a R5 000 hamper from O’Neill.
Not only that, but their ride would also become the second finalist joining Dustin Wilson and Byran Wigmore’s crazy tube in the ‘Pit of the Year’ final. There they would have a shot at the grand prize worth R30 000 (R15 000 for the surfer and R10 000 plus an iON Air Pro 3 WiFi worth R5 000 for the videographer).
All that would take is a nod from the judges and a shaka from the public. Go to monsterpits.co.za to vote for your favourite.
