Last month the ASP announced that they’d be considering video submissions from big wave surfers who think they’d be a good candidate to compete on next year’s Big Wave World Tour (BWWT).

This of course opens the door for South African chargers, like Jeremy Johnson, who’ve been honing their skills out of the international spotlight but have what it takes to compete against the best.
Here is Jeremy’s submission, which he hopes will impress the judging panel enough to earn him a spot on the BWWT.
It would be epic to see more Saffas on the BWWT. Hopefully we’ll have a few more charging towards a world title next year alongside current world champ, Grant ‘Twiggy’ Baker.
