Position: National retail manager required for Lizzard
Main activities:
- Stock control
- Managing staff/recruitment
- Sales and brand marketing across multimedia platforms
- Budget and sales reports
- Product growth and development
- Cash flow and projections
- Roll out of new concept stores
Minimum requirements:
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office, Pastel, Storemaster
- 3 years management experience in a retail environment
- Must have experience running more than 4 retail stores
- Sound administrative skills
- Must have own transport and be available to travel
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Management advantageous
Advantageous:
- If you are a surfer / involved in action sports or have knowledge of the surf industry
- HR experience
Personal skills / attributes:
- Ability to manage staff
- Trustworthy

- Team player
- Great communication skills
- Passionate about customer service
Remuneration: Based on experience
