We all know what makes a good wave – one solid turn, perhaps a couple seconds of tube time, or even just a good hit to end off your wave. But what makes an exceptional ride? What sets an amazing ride apart from the hundreds upon hundreds of waves that are ridden at beaches around the world every day?

Congratulations, you are the 10000th upload (and you've won a Quiksilver hamper)
We know you’ve secretly always wanted to click one of these hideous flashing gifs, a legacy from Internet 1.0, when people apparently believed they actually were the 999,999th visitor and clicking the link would take you to your free prize. The prize may have been a Geocities looking site that installed a whole lot of malware.
