GET YOUR ONE SHOT IN!

21/07/10 - 16:03:33PM ~ By Admin ~

GET YOUR ONE SHOT IN!

The Billabong Pro One Shot, powered by Zigzag, is producing some epic submissions and there’s just under two weeks left to upload yours. It doesn’t matter if your a budding photographer, a rank amateur or an established sharp-shooter – anyone can enter!  The winning image receives a massive $US2000 and will be used as the Billabong Pro J-Bay 2011 campaign image.

Click here to go straight to the portal and sign up, or view over 100 submissions entered so far.

HOW DOES IT WORK?:

It’s simple. Billabong is looking for the single best image that encapsulates the Billabong Pro J-Bay or the wave at Supertubes to be used as the signature image for next year’s Billabong Pro J-Bay 2011. It can be anything from an action shot, a rifling line-up, an amazing lifestyle or any unique perspective on the competition including the competitors, spectators, the wave – or any of these combined.

Although the bulk of the action will go down over the contest dates from 15-25 July, you are allowed to submit images from previous years, as well as anything in and around the contest period this year. The only criteria is your images have to be uploaded by the cutoff date at 5pm on Monday 2 August.

Kelly Whatsisface

One of the battle hardened Aussies: Mick, Taj or Joel. Never write them off.

Jordy, Julian or Owen. They’ve got the experience now to back up the moves.

One of the newbies: John John or Medina. They’re doing stuff that even has Kelly scratching his head
